Never done one of our regular classes before? Or you’re a current member who wants to change things up a bit?
Circuit Fit is comprised of mostly body weight and low weight movements that are cardio based. A great way to get stronger across all domains, burn fat, and increase cardio vascular endurance.
There’s a different workout for each class that includes a warm up, briefing/instruction on the movements, followed by 30-45 min workout, or two workouts that will take upwards of 45 mins to complete.
A great program for those who have never participated at a gym like ours before. You can purchase 5, 10 or 15 class Punch Cards specific to this program here. There is no pre-requisite (Elements not necessary) for this class.
These instructor led classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 730pm, and Sundays at 930am.
