We offer classes throughout the day weekdays from 5:30 am to 8:30pm and at various times throughout the weekend. These one-hour, instructor led classes are designed to meet the needs of our diverse community. Our experienced coaches will take you through a customized warm up and guide you through the workout with safety and efficiency, always offering appropriate scaling options, and plenty of encouragement.
