Our Private Elements program is an accessible, but comprehensive introduction to functional fitness designed for all fitness levels. Designed over years of experience and success, Elements forms the foundation that enables us to teach the safe and mechanically sound movements necessary for long-term success in fitness and health.
Private Elements consist of 6 meetings with your own coach – you make the schedule. We can accommodate 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1. The price goes down per person as your group size increases. Our most experienced instructors introduce and guide each of the fundamental movements of functional fitness. Participants are taught how to optimally modify their workout to match their skill and capability in fitness areas as diverse as gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular fitness. Once you’ve completed your Elements program then you may come in for as many group classes as you’d like for the remainder of your 60 day period, in an Unlimited membership status, from when you began.
