Min 1 – 5 cal

Min 2 – 6 cals

Etc, adding 1 cal per min until unable to complete the cals in a minute.

 

Rest 4 minutes, then:

 

Part B:

“Death by Burpee”

Min 1 – 4 burpees

Min 2 – 5 burpees

Etc, adding 1 burpee per min until unable to complete the burpees in a minute.
